Officer asked client if he would find anything in the car if he searched the car. Client admitted there was a small bag of marijuana and a marijuana pipe in a back pack in the front seat. The officer called for a second officer to assist in searching the car. The officer asked if there was any additional marijuana in the car and the client admitted to more marijuana in the trunk. Client was arrested and charged with Alabama Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Result: Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree
